Lemon Meringue Pie

One of my favourite ingredient – lemon! I use it for a zesty perk-me-up in drinks and desserts, and use the leftovers to clean the microwave. First attempt at making a meringue pie, which turned out not too bad, and the egg white portion maintained its shape nicely. The recipe I followed was simple enough for a newbie, but it was quite time consuming just to make 1 pie. Maybe I’ll go for 2 the next time round.

Nice and refreshing as an after-meal dessert, for the ladies who tried it,  but it seems that guys do not really fancy the lemon taste – “So sour!!!” (unison exclamation) .
