Happy Chinese New Year!

on February 10, 2013

Happy Chinese New Year!

We were craving for these goodies which were not easily available here, so so we decided to make some for ourselves!  Thanks to Esther, Stella and Violet, we were able to churn out these pineapple tarts in 1 afternoon. (Almost forgot: we spent 2 hours frying the pineapple chunks just to reduce them to a paste. I finally know why they cost so much.)

Business opportunity to consider for next year maybe?
